We start with a SCOBY
(Symbiotic Culture of Bacteria & Yeast) add pure sugar, and ferment it in high-quality, loose leaf organic green & black teas.
Then we blend in organic herbs and organic fruit juices and infuse it with 25 mg of hemp derived CBD to create a functional beverage that tastes amazing.

Sustainability
In order to help mitigate the impact that modern day packaging and shipping has on the environment, our product boxes are sustainably sourced and made from up to 70% recycled cardboard and our ice packs are reusable.
Transparency
The confidence we have in our quality is partly due to our commitment to brand transparency. We include a QR code on our bottles and a link on our website that connects to a certificate of analysis (COA) for each batch of CBD so you can be 100% sure that your drink contains no THC, pesticides or any other harmful additives. We also have descriptions of the ingredients and where they are sourced.
Our Story
A message from our founder
If you would have told me when I was 21 that at 35 I’d start a CBD kombucha business, I would’ve laughed, and although I didn’t know it at the time, the ‘seeds’ of Kannabooch were being planted at an early age. I have always been fascinated by the workings of the human body and equally passionate about being of service to those in need so at 19, I started what would be a 12 year career as an LA county EMT working on an ambulance and in various ER’s. Through my direct experience in healthcare I realized that amid all the health problems, nutrition and the role food plays in our overall immunity was rarely discussed in any capacity.

I also realized that our health is literally the foundation of everything else in our life, and without good health it can make having a good life difficult. In 2006 I had my first kombucha and was hooked, the crisp taste and the live cultures made me feel alive & I’ve been drinking it ever since. A couple years after that I started using CBD to ease anxiety, as well as soothing post workout inflammation, and it made a huge difference. The positive effects I had from both kombucha and CBD prompted me to start researching it deeper, where I discovered untold amounts of research studies and experiments by various labs and universities showing the potential benefits. And while researching CBD and probiotics, it simultaneously led me to learning all about chronic inflammation and ‘gut health’ and its newly understood direct link to immune health. That really brought everything full circle for me. Fast forward to 2020, amid a pandemic where the importance of immune health & wellness were more apparent than ever, I decided to officially turn my passions of both the products and the knowledge base into a business to contribute one more positive thing into a world that increasingly exacerbates the negative. So, with 2020 and all the adventures that came before, I humbly introduce Kannabooch, a modern tonic for modern times. We only get one body and one mind, so treat them well!
